I am the CEO of Streetwise Special Delivery Inc. A courier company located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Some time ago I was in broadcasting which was a lot of fun especially radio. So with my love of music and passion for this cool courier service, here we are. A great way to promote Streetwise Special Delivery Inc.through music. Growing up in the Bay Area I listened to stations like KDIA KBLX and KSOL. Great stations for R&B,Jazz,Hip Hop. I went to a broacasting school and soon found myself working at bay area radio stations. Later I started a Reggae Tv show called Irie Vision In San Francisco.Streetwise radio will follow in their footsteps with great R&B but with a twist. R&B from yesterday and today with cool Jazz, Reggae HipHop and some new unsigned artists.I hope my customers will tune in at work. And I hope the world will enjoy these positive sounds.coming soon

Ras D

Ras D. Jamacian born Reggae singer and producer will be the host of Big Splif 420 Reggae .We are blessed to have an artist like Ras D.Check him out at 4:30pm Pacific time and again at 10pm pacific time.

RAS D began writing at a very early age and he has been a contributing talent for jingles used in Jamaican radio and TV advertising. He recalls music as being a part of everyday life in Jamaica; the air filled with the blast of reggae and dance hall coming from every direction. The sounds of music is everywhere and always in the air. It's a necessary food; as common as rice and peas. We must hear it everyday to sustain life in Jamaica. Song is used to express everything. From the time we are small children we learn old songs and make up new ones. Then we reach adulthood, we sing about what goes on with the people and the powers that govern them.

All original lyrics and music, RAS D prophetically delivers a message to America and to the world, promoting peace, love and health. The message is straight and forward; a mix of lyrics and music swirling with rhythm and harmony.

Shelah Moody

Shelah Moody is Streetwise Radio's new Entertainment Corespondent. She will be interviewing various artists at concerts and other events. Look for her reports on our blogs.

And listen for her bulletins and interviews on Streetwise Radio.We are lucky to have such a professional on our staff.

Here is her Bio:

Shelah Moody caught the entertainment bug at an early age. Her late father, Edward Moody, was an acclaimed pianist who used to bring her to his gigs as a child and introduced her to jazz greats such as Wynton Marsalis and Freddie Hubbard. .

Ms. Moody wrote her first concert review of Natalie Cole’s performance at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel in Honolulu, HI, where she grew up, for her elementary school newspaper at age ll. Her career path was confirmed as a pre-teen when she accompanied a local journalist and family friend to a Heatwave/Rose Royce concert and she always remembered the exhilarating feeling of being given her first backstage pass.

Ms. Moody Holds a B.A. in journalism and a master’s degree in ethnic studies.

She has contributed to the San Francisco Bay Guardian, the San Francisco Weekly, the San Francisco Bay View,www.cityflight.com, Honey Magazine, KPOO and others. Ms. Moody spent 12 years on staff at the San Francisco Chronicle, where she had a weekly column in the Style section and learned about podcasting and audio reporting. One of the highlights of her career was meeting Michael Jackson in 2005 during his trial for child molestation. Streetwise Radio is her latest venture.

She is a member of the San Francisco chapter of the Academy of Recording and Sciences .

Tovah Ealey

Tovah Ealey is a Sacramento Valley resident and a long-time lover an eclectic mix of heartfelt soul-filled music including traditional jazz, blues, world and “that which can’t be classified”. Tovah occasionally puts on the Streetwise cap and proudly delivers for Streetwise Special Delivery. She has also been known to volunteer to record into podcasts several digest articles for a San Jose non-profit organization. Oh yes she is Michael Ealey's sister.

Peter Cirivillerii, a former radio and tv host has joined Streetwise Radio. In the past Peter was a sports commentator.
He has been writing some great blogs for Streetwise Radio and Streetwise Special Delivery Inc. He now will host Soul City at 6pm pacific time every day on Streetwise Radio.
